Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product if the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The product is in the original packaging

  • The item is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Used cosmetics or skincare items

  • Customized or handmade products

  • Gift cards or digital items

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong product was shipped

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
